Coordinates and manages county election activities, voter registration, candidate filings, reporting to state agencies, election commission meetings, voting equipment verification, and trains election workers while ensuring compliance with Michigan election and campaign finance rules.

Provide indigent defense across all trial court hearings. Conduct legal research, prepare and present legal strategies, investigate cases, interview clients and witnesses, supervise interns/volunteers, and manage case documentation and procedures.

Provide on-site technical support across county departments: install and maintain PCs, troubleshoot hardware/software and telecom equipment, manage phones, process work orders, train users, document procedures, and evaluate/recommend new IT hardware and software.

Prosecute misdemeanor and felony cases, juvenile and child protection matters; prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, trials and appellate briefs; appear in court; advise law enforcement and agencies; participate in specialty courts and interagency committees; handle special prosecutor assignments; mentor junior attorneys and maintain continuing legal education.
