Provides indigent defense and legal services, including legal research, client advisement, investigations, courtroom advocacy, trial litigation, and representation at all levels of trial court proceedings. The role also coordinates with departments, supervises interns and volunteers, supports recruitment, updates procedures, and contributes to departmental leadership and operations.
