Lead large-scale Miles implementations for automotive and leasing clients: scope projects, analyze complex requirements, design solutions, manage stakeholders, mentor consultants, drive process improvements, and liaise with product and development teams.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams: elicit, document, and validate requirements; model and improve business processes; support Agile delivery and backlog prioritization; assist in testing, handovers, and post-go-live support while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Lead large-scale software implementations from scoping to delivery, design solutions for complex business requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, mentor consultants, identify process improvements, and collaborate with product and development teams to drive product enhancements.

Design and document scalable application architectures, lead technical discussions, define technology standards and best practices, guide integration, performance and security, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with product and development teams to translate business needs into robust solutions.

Deploy, manage, and modernize microservices environments (on-prem and cloud); support customers and stakeholders; define deployment architecture and release management; research and implement automation and self-service improvements.

Work with clients to analyze requirements, design and configure the Miles ERP solution, perform unit testing, support data migration, documentation and reporting, and ensure timely handover while aligning solutions with product roadmap.

Support project and program managers by coordinating administrative, operational, and financial activities for software projects. Assist planning, monitoring, reporting, documentation, invoicing, budget tracking, time logging verification, stakeholder communication, onboarding, and access management to ensure timely, efficient delivery.

Work with clients and project teams to analyze requirements, design and configure the Miles ERP solution, perform unit testing, support data migration and reporting, document solutions, and ensure timely delivery and handover.

Perform functional testing for the Miles Enterprise Suite: define test scenarios and cases, execute tests, report results, and collaborate with business consultants and developers. May extend to integration and interface testing.

Lead the IAM product strategy and roadmap for enterprise leasing and mobility platforms. Work with engineers to design, prototype, and deliver Keycloak-based IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), support customer integrations, prioritize backlog for security and time-to-value, and drive platform adoption, compliance, and onboarding speed across hybrid on-prem and hosted environments.
