Collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. Contributes to enterprise integrations, REST APIs, microservices, automated testing, relational database development, engineering practices, and knowledge sharing.

Design and develop scalable Java backend solutions for a high-performance calculation engine processing millions of leasing scenarios. Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with Product Owners and engineers in an agile Scrum environment, contribute across the development lifecycle, and promote engineering best practices through knowledge sharing and code reviews.

Leads and develops a customer operations team by setting direction, coaching employees, managing career growth, recruiting, onboarding, and fostering continuous improvement. Oversees end-to-end software implementation delivery, including scope, budget, quality, sprint optimization, impediment removal, and collaboration with the Scrum Master. Requires experience with software development processes, complex ERP or software implementations, software configuration, project lifecycles, and Dutch and English proficiency.

Perform proactive and reactive performance engineering across DB, API, and UI layers: load, stress, and scalability testing; diagnose and resolve bottlenecks; maintain performance/load environments; optimize batch jobs; and provide guidance to development and customers to improve system performance and resilience.

Build and maintain frameworks integrated into CI/CD, validate end-to-end business processes, design AI evaluation approaches and baselines, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers to improve platform quality and release confidence.
