Manage and optimize CASA's network and systems infrastructure: plan, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot on-prem and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), SD-WAN and ZTNA VPN. Perform capacity planning, documentation, change management, patching, disaster recovery, and end-user workstation support while providing timely user support and maintaining security best practices.
