Oversee Pontiac shipping operations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, warehouse performance, and compliant shipping documentation. Manage multiple EasyWMS implementation projects across US/Canada/Mexico, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and go-live success; coordinate resources, client relationships, change control, KPI/data collection, weekly reporting, and post-go-live performance monitoring.

Implement and configure Easy WMS at customer sites: gather requirements, write technical specifications, program on platform using C# and LINQ, validate systems, provide on-site training, troubleshoot, and support post‑sale. Frequent travel to client sites across the U.S.

Sell racking and static/dynamic storage solutions across Utah and Idaho. Manage dealer, distributor, and end-user relationships; generate quotes with technical teams; conduct sales presentations and calls; maintain CRM activity and forecast sales; coordinate project execution across engineering, manufacturing, installation, and service.
