Lead and coordinate enterprise data management programs across data engineering, governance, analytics, and platforms. Manage cross-functional projects using Agile/Scrum or waterfall, build sprint/project plans, track budgets and risks, define requirements in ADO/Jira, coordinate integrations (ERP/CRM/MDM), support vendor and stakeholder alignment, and drive organizational change and continuous improvement.

Answer customer inquiries and complaints, process and maintain orders via email/phone/Fax/EDI, resolve issues, coordinate with sales/distribution/manufacturing, train and support new staff, document procedures, and improve service levels.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Azure data platforms and lakehouse architectures. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines (PySpark, ADF, Fabric), enforce data governance and quality, enable Power BI reporting, lead cloud migration and CI/CD, and provide production support and performance tuning across enterprise data systems.

Lead the AI development team to architect, build, deploy, and operate enterprise AI solutions on Azure (RAG, LLMs, agentic workflows). Hands-on coding (Python/FastAPI), enforce engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, scalable production systems.

Develop and maintain cross-section libraries and reusable CAD components, create/manage templates and standardized model structures, support automation including CPQ integration, set up baseline models per released standards, ensure CAD data is structured and controlled, and collaborate with engineering teams on evolving design standards.
