Leads FP&A activities for SG&A and shared services, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive financial packages. Manages procurement, vendor quotes, purchase orders, inventory, warehouse activities, shipments, and work-order records for generator parts and materials. Coordinates rental generator and load bank logistics, tracks equipment availability and movement, supports commercial proposals, and communicates order status with vendors, technicians, operations, sales, and customers. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, competitive sourcing, inventory control, timely fulfillment, and compliance with OSHA and workplace safety requirements.

Engineer telecommunications central office, data center, and DC power installations. Create detailed engineering plans, documentation, and drawings; interpret network diagrams and site surveys; determine equipment placement, cabling, and power requirements; coordinate site surveys; research manufacturer specifications; and support equipment integration and testing. Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams while managing multiple projects, following AT&T standards, and complying with safety and documentation procedures.

Support OSP telecommunications projects by managing pole attachment applications, permitting, and utility coordination from engineering review through final approval. Review work prints and engineering drawings, identify pole ownership, submit and track permits, resolve utility issues, and coordinate with engineering, permitting, construction, and utility teams to ensure timely attachment approvals.

Lead end-to-end outside plant (OSP) engineering for complex fiber and copper builds, from routing and permitting through construction release and closeout. Ensure NESC and client standard compliance, perform field validation and QA/QC, manage budgets and KPIs, coordinate ROW/permits and joint-use/pole attachments, mentor junior staff, and produce sealed engineering plans, splicing diagrams, loss budgets, BOMs, and as-builts.

Design, plan, and support outside plant (OSP) copper and fiber projects including engineering drawings, permitting, field surveys, contractor coordination, budget monitoring, and record-keeping using FROGS, Varasset, and SiteTracker. Travel locally for fieldwork and municipal coordination.
