Lead and manage all operational functions for telecommunications and broadband service delivery, including network and field operations, infrastructure maintenance, service delivery, safety and regulatory compliance, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership to operational managers, coordinate with engineering and IT, support capital projects and emergency response, and drive performance metrics, process improvements, and strategic growth initiatives.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including maintaining journals and ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, month-end close, overhead allocations, cross-charges, budget variance analysis, board presentation materials, asset and reserve reviews, wire transfers, and supporting the Controller. Ensure internal controls, complete special projects, and maintain safety and compliance.
