Provides technical customer support through phone, email, and walk-in interactions. Diagnoses and troubleshoots service issues, educates customers on plans and usage, performs basic PC, Mac, gateway, router, and networking support, and de-escalates customer concerns. The role also identifies process and technology improvements and may require occasional evening or weekend availability.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including maintaining journals and ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, month-end close, overhead allocations, cross-charges, budget variance analysis, board presentation materials, asset and reserve reviews, wire transfers, and supporting the Controller. Ensure internal controls, complete special projects, and maintain safety and compliance.
