Lead engineering and project delivery for medium-to-large oil & gas or petrochemical projects. Accountable for P&L, schedule, budget, quality and client interfaces. Manage multi-discipline engineering teams, subcontractors, change orders, risk management, permitting, and reporting. Support proposals and ensure compliance with QHSES and contractual requirements.

Support T.EN France internal control activities for financial processes (purchasing, sales, payroll, cash, month-end, taxation, FX). Execute and document control effectiveness tests, identify discrepancies, recommend improvements, follow up corrective actions, record results in the internal control tool, and help develop monitoring reports and metrics while coordinating with accounting, finance and JV stakeholders.

Apprenticeship role within the Processes Department to support development and scaling of recycling and energy-transition processes. Tasks include process simulation, PFD/P&ID preparation, material and energy balances, equipment sizing, heat exchanger and PINCH analysis, LCA studies, and participation in technical reviews (HAZID/HAZOP). Mentored training across process development, FEED and EPC phases.

Support the Project Manager to deliver engineering projects: coordinate design/requisitioning, manage inter-discipline interfaces, run meetings, prepare reports and minutes, monitor deliverables, close out documentation, and plan/oversee digital/software development and system integration in an EPC environment.

Perform process safety and loss-prevention engineering for energy projects: consequence modelling, firewater and suppression system design, hazardous area classification, review third-party safety studies, and ensure compliance with international and company safety standards.

12-month apprenticeship supporting global HSE management systems: create and update HSE processes, digitalize process mapping, provide technical BI/reporting support, assist development/implementation of HSE digital applications, manage internal HSE network and liaise with operational centers.

Manage compensation and benefits processes using the company grading system; prepare and analyze HR budget and personnel cost evolution; monitor salary increase application and HR expenses; track manpower and workforce changes and report deviations; produce HR statistical reports; benchmark C&B practices; help design and implement rewards and benefits policies regionally/localy; ensure data integrity in HR systems.
