Lead MEP preconstruction activities including vendor and subcontract procurement, equipment coordination and submittals, estimating electrical/mechanical costs, and supporting commercial project coordination and execution on-site.

Lead project cost projections, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure timely owner billing and contract-compliant change submissions. Establish and manage change review processes, monitor change backlog and KPIs, assist document control, generate contract deliverables, and develop workflows for RFIs, submittals, material status, design, risk, quality, and closeout.

On-site MEP Project Engineer responsible for trade coordination, material and installation management, cost estimating, RFIs/change order management, document updates, and collaboration with field supervision to ensure successful project delivery. Some exposure to BIM and quantity surveying required.
