On-site, project-based role managing community outreach, stakeholder relations, and event logistics for a data center construction project. Responsibilities include planning and executing community events, coordinating with project leadership and local officials, preparing outreach materials, tracking engagement activities, and supporting internal site visits and workforce events.

On-site MEP Engineer responsible for coordinating electrical and mechanical equipment procurement, submittals, estimates, scopes, schedules, cost control, and supervising subcontractors on large-scale data center and office construction projects.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, subcontractor/vendor procurement, bid analysis, scope development, and client/stakeholder coordination. Train preconstruction staff, respond to RFPs, prepare deliverables, and support owner/architect/engineer meetings during preconstruction.

Manage project cost forecasting, cash flow, owner billing, change management, document control, and contract-compliant reporting. Develop workflows for RFIs, submittals, material status, design and risk management, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with MEP subcontractors to ensure timely deliverables.

Manage onsite trade activities and materials coordination, validate monthly contractor payments, control costs and change orders, resolve RFIs and project risks, read and apply construction documents, and mentor junior associates to ensure overall project execution.

Manage on-site MEP trade coordination, oversee material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, liaise with field supervision, handle cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs, document updates), perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support BIM-based coordination to ensure overall project success.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, procurement, bid analysis, scope development, vendor/subcontractor evaluation, and client/design team coordination. Train and mentor preconstruction engineers and represent the company in meetings and RFP responses.

Manage MEP procurement, submittals, cost estimates, and drawing coordination for data centers and office buildings. Develop scopes and schedules, coordinate change orders and RFIs, control budgets, and supervise subcontractors and vendors while liaising with owners, architects, and engineers.
