Manage multiple federal contract programs, overseeing delivery, compliance, staffing, budgets, schedules, risks, customer relationships, and performance metrics. Lead teams, support recruiting and onboarding, contribute to proposals and business development, coordinate contract transitions and closeouts, and collaborate with HR, Accounting, Operations, and leadership. Maintain program processes and support ISO, CMMI, and corporate compliance initiatives.

Provides legal research, litigation support, court reporting, transcription, case investigation, document drafting, scheduling, and classified records management for military commission proceedings. Works with attorneys, investigators, judges, and legal teams in a secure federal environment, including onsite support in Alexandria and travel to Guantanamo Bay for hearings.

Reviews and processes FOIA/Privacy Act requests, conducts database checks, redacts records, drafts responses, applies federal FOIA laws and exemptions, and manages complex pending cases. The role requires at least five years of substantive FOIA/PA experience, bar admission in good standing, FOIAXpress proficiency, strong communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust clearance.

Provide paralegal support for federal investigations and litigation: manage and review documents in eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw), assist with trial preparation, schedule hearings/depositions, draft memos/subpoenas/discovery letters, and liaise with litigation support and data management teams.

Provide legal case file review, conduct fact-finding and legal research, draft legal opinions and decisions, summarize claims and evidence, develop statistics and visuals to support litigation, and identify relevant records within document systems.
