Lead technical architecture and hands-on development in Unreal Engine 5, guiding code quality, performance profiling, and cross-discipline collaboration. Partner with studio leadership and production to deliver milestones, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and translate creative vision into robust, optimized systems across platforms. Help scale engineering culture and improve development workflows.

Build and maintain studio tools, editor extensions, and content pipelines (especially for Unreal Engine 5). Optimize asset workflows, create standalone tools, collaborate with artists/designers to remove bottlenecks, write clean C++/C# code, diagnose/fix tool issues, and document/support pipeline best practices to accelerate development.

Own version control strategy and lead migrations, manage and improve UE5 build health and pipelines, develop build tooling and CI/CD automation, maintain build infrastructure, and collaborate with developers to remove friction and increase productivity.
