Serve as single point of contact for HVAC/plumbing/process projects from concept to completion. Lead cross-functional teams, manage estimating, proposals, procurement, scheduling, field labor coordination, and financials. Oversee contracts and change orders, build client/vendor relationships, mentor staff, and pursue new business while representing the company in industry organizations.

Coordinate technical aspects of assigned design-build construction projects: prepare and manage project documentation, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, oversee procurement and vendor/subcontractor buyouts, monitor site progress and quality, track budgets and billing, lead closeout activities, support design and value-engineering efforts, and maintain communication across clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.

Coordinate technical aspects of assigned construction projects: manage documentation, lead meetings, perform material takeoffs and estimates, handle procurement and vendor buyouts, monitor onsite progress and quality, track budgets and schedules, lead closeout deliverables, and collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams using BIM and standard engineering technologies.

Provide day-to-day benefits administration and employee support for medical, dental, vision, life, HSA/FSA, and supplemental plans. Coordinate open enrollment, new-hire sessions, benefits portal content, broker and carrier interactions, reporting/metrics, and wellness initiatives. Escalate complex issues to benefits management or brokers and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams.

Provide administrative and project coordination support to Regional Sales Manager, Service Sales Engineers, and Project Managers: schedule and run meetings, produce and control project documents (proposals, RFIs, O&Ms, closeouts), assist estimating and bid coordination, onboard new hires, and perform general office and project support in a fast-paced construction environment.

Lead HVAC/plumbing/process projects end-to-end as single point of contact: manage estimating, proposals, procurement, field coordination, budgeting, billing, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and mentor staff while developing client relationships and new business.
