Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Embed with project teams to manage procurement, budgets, supplier relationships, POs/subcontracts, invoicing (Medius), equipment rentals, logistics, and closeout. Maintain procurement logs, negotiate vendors, validate invoices, track deliveries, and reconcile job costs while supporting project setup and supplier problem resolution.

Lead end-to-end HVAC/plumbing/process projects from sales and pre-construction through field execution. Act as client liaison, manage budgets, contracts, job-costing, scheduling and field labor, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor sales staff, and ensure project delivery and profitability.

Provide administrative and project coordination support to Regional Sales Manager, Service Sales Engineers, and Project Managers: schedule and run meetings, produce and control project documents (proposals, RFIs, O&Ms, closeouts), assist estimating and bid coordination, onboard new hires, and perform general office and project support in a fast-paced construction environment.

Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects: prepare documentation (RFIs, subcontracts, change orders), perform takeoffs and estimates, manage procurement and vendor buyouts, track budgets and schedules, lead closeouts, support design/BIM coordination, and liaise with clients, architects, and internal teams to resolve onsite issues and ensure project delivery.
