Leads Butler University’s Career Mentoring for All initiative, including program implementation, mentor team supervision, college collaboration, mentor recruitment, student and mentor matching infrastructure, stakeholder engagement, and outcome assessment. The role builds scalable mentoring practices that strengthen students’ career readiness, professional networks, identity, and post-graduate success while connecting mentoring to academic advising and experiential learning.

Processes charitable gifts and pledges, maintains constituent and donor records, analyzes and resolves data discrepancies, documents procedures, supports process improvements, and ensures compliance with IRS requirements, university policies, and CASE standards. The role also provides guidance to stakeholders and student employees, collaborates with Advancement and Finance teams, and communicates with donors about gift histories and contribution methods.

Advise entrepreneurs and small business owners on planning, financing, marketing, management, and operations. Develop and deliver business training, track client progress in Neoserra CMS, maintain SBA and state compliance, report performance metrics, and engage community, government, academic, and business stakeholders. Support equitable access to services while staying current on small business and economic development practices.

Manages a portfolio of approximately 100 athletic donors and prospects, identifies and cultivates new giving opportunities, solicits major gifts, and stewards donors. Oversees the Athletics Endowment Program, supports the Butler Way Society, participates in fundraising events and gameday hospitality, leads the Priority Points System, coordinates donor data, and collaborates with Advancement, ticketing, and athletics teams.

Tenure-track faculty member teaching undergraduate chemical engineering, bioengineering, and biochemical engineering courses and laboratories. The professor will establish a laboratory-based research program involving undergraduates, publish scholarly work, pursue external funding, advise and mentor students, contribute to curriculum and laboratory development, and help build Butler University's new engineering department. Inclusive, student-centered, hands-on, and project-based teaching is emphasized.

Lead international recruitment to grow enrollment by developing strategies, managing international applications and credential evaluation, issuing I-20s as DSO, training partner agencies, attending recruitment events, managing CRM and reporting, mentoring staff, and traveling regularly for on-campus and outreach activities.

Provide front-desk and visit coordination for Founder's College admissions: manage phone/email inquiries, schedule and run daily visits, train and schedule student ambassadors, assist with application processing, and support campus events and administrative tasks.
