Manage a portfolio of Defence client contracts, lead contract variations and performance activities, produce contract reporting and insights, build strong client relationships through regular engagement, support business growth and senior leadership, and represent AeroPM in Canberra-area client meetings.

Provide administrative support to the CEO and General Manager, including calendar management, document preparation, phone and email handling, data entry, website and social media updates, event and trade-show logistics, merchandise ordering, and ad hoc team support.

Lead capture and bid activities for Defence contracts, manage tender submissions, maintain resource readiness, oversee operational and compliance functions, support business development, stakeholder engagement, and employee retention initiatives while working closely with senior leadership.

AeroPM seeks experienced ILS or FIC managers to consult on Defence capability acquisition and sustainment projects across air, maritime, land, cyber and space domains. Candidates should have senior-management experience, security clearance (or reinstatable), relevant certifications, and 7+ years working with Defence. Role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and veteran-friendly recruitment and mentoring.

Facilitate access for subcontractors and SMEs to defence-sector opportunities. Support engagement of businesses and their staff with AeroPM's partner network, helping connect suppliers to above-the-line defence contracts and initiatives.
