Lead a process engineering team to develop PFDs and P&IDs, size and specify equipment, perform hydraulic and relief/flare analyses, participate in HAZOP/LOPA, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, and support resourcing and project delivery for energy and chemical projects.

Manage medium- and high-criticality sourcing events through the contract lifecycle: RFI/RFP creation, bidder evaluation, negotiations, award recommendations, contract administration, supplier relationship management, mentoring junior procurement staff, and supporting estimating and project procurement execution.

Design and develop instrumentation and control deliverables for industrial and power projects. Create instrument plans, loop and wiring diagrams, cable schedules, marshalling layouts, and P&IDs. Coordinate across disciplines, review vendor documentation, perform field walkdowns, support drawing updates, apply standards, assist with estimates/schedules, and mentor junior designers.

Lead electrical design and execution for power/industrial projects, develop schematics, one-line/three-line diagrams, and grounding/lighting/raceway designs. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, perform reviews for code compliance, support field verification, installation supervision, commissioning, budgeting, and client meetings.

Design and deliver electrical and instrumentation engineering packages for industrial and energy projects. Prepare single-line diagrams, load studies, motor control schematics, instrument I/O lists, loop diagrams, and cable schedules. Specify power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, switchgear, and instrumentation. Review vendor submittals, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support procurement, construction, commissioning, and mentor junior staff while ensuring code compliance.

Administer and analyze company compensation programs across locations: manage salary data, job matching, surveys, position management, salary administration (merit, promotions, adjustments), advise management on pay and incentive issues, and ensure legal compliance.

Lead sourcing and contract lifecycle for medium-to-high criticality materials, equipment, and subcontracts. Lead small teams, support Project Procurement Manager, develop sourcing and negotiation strategies, evaluate bids, recommend awards, manage supplier relationships, and support contract administration throughout project phases.

Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling engineering projects. Define scope, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate discipline engineering activities, review drawings and reports, manage communications, track hours and change notices, prepare progress reports, and support quality control and staff performance evaluations. Work includes office, field, and construction-site visits.
