Performs entry-level process engineering and design for industrial projects, including equipment sizing and rating, hydraulic analyses, PFD and P&ID development, heat and material balances, and technical specification support. Evaluates equipment and processes for safety, environmental, and operational compliance; manages engineering data; presents technical information; and coordinates assignments across competing priorities. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates multidisciplinary engineering and support teams, oversees contractual changes and financial performance, develops client relationships, supports proposals and pursuits, and mentors project personnel.

Leads large power-generation EPC projects from planning through execution, overseeing engineering teams, schedules, budgets, staffing, safety, quality, procurement, subcontractors, project controls, and client relationships. Coordinates domestic and overseas engineering teams, supports proposals and execution planning, manages risks and changes, monitors progress and costs, and ensures contractual, regulatory, and company-procedure compliance. The role focuses on Simple and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine projects and requires strong leadership across engineering, construction, operations, and customer stakeholders.

Design electrical systems for utility-scale and industrial power distribution projects, including schematics, specifications, panel schedules, cable routing, voltage-drop calculations, and conductor sizing. Review existing systems, equipment, vendor documentation, and quality audits. Support designers and drafters with drawings and collaborate with procurement and senior engineers under the direction of an engineering manager.

Oversees strategic sourcing, bid evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, supplier performance, expediting, procurement schedules, risk mitigation, reporting, staffing, and governance. Partners with project management, engineering, construction, legal, commercial teams, vendors, and joint venture partners to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective procurement execution. Mentors procurement personnel and drives consistent processes, tools, metrics, and documentation.

Leads medium- and high-criticality procurement sourcing events from estimating and RFI/RFP development through contract award and administration. Develops sourcing and negotiation strategies, evaluates bids, conducts bidder conferences, recommends suppliers, negotiates contracts and change orders, and manages supplier relationships and compliance. Assigns work, mentors procurement staff, supports project teams, and collaborates with engineering, construction, clients, and stakeholders. Maintains procurement systems and processes while working in a fast-paced environment with up to 25% travel.

Design and produce electrical construction drawings (2D/3D) for power stations and industrial plants. Perform field verification, review vendor and discipline drawings, ensure NEC compliance, supervise and check lower-level designers, develop specifications, and provide client technical support.
