Lead project delivery for terminals and concourses by establishing governance, developing and signing off Project Management Plans, coordinating SMEs and resources, managing handovers to operations, and ensuring adherence to DA governance for complex MEP, sustainability, security, technology, and resilience systems projects.

Lead development and updates of long‑term and operational forecasts for passengers, cargo, and movements; produce monthly management reports and design‑day schedules; maintain data libraries; apply statistical analysis and machine learning to improve forecasting, capacity planning and operational insights across DXB and DWC.
