Coordinate ocean import shipments from vessel arrival through inland delivery. Process and review import documentation, maintain shipment records in CargoWise, track customs clearance and delivery milestones, communicate with carriers/brokers/drayage providers, identify and escalate risks, support billing validation, respond to customer inquiries, and assist during peak volumes or disruptions.

Lead day-to-day international air import/export operations, supervise and develop freight coordinators, ensure compliance with IATA/TSA/customs, manage shipment lifecycle and KPIs, resolve escalations, coordinate carriers and brokers, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage global hazardous materials compliance and support via the Global Hazmat Desk. Provide regulatory guidance (DOT, IATA, IMDG, ADR), incident response, training, audits, recordkeeping, and cross-functional alignment to ensure safe shipment, handling, and disposal across air, ocean, ground, and warehouse operations.

Support daily managed trade services including HTS classification, valuation checks, PGA documentation, post-entry corrections, and audit support. Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, update systems and dashboards, assist clients and onboarding, contribute to process improvements, and participate in training on customs regulations.

Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and email, track shipments, enter domestic and international billing data, maintain logs and manifests in AS400, perform daily audits of outbound shipments, prepare select export/in-bond documentation, and support general administrative and office duties.
