Provide front-line customer service and administrative support for shipment processing and documentation across multimodal logistics sites. Track and trace shipments, coordinate scheduling, prepare shipping documents, assist with freight acceptance, and support basic AR/AP and billing tasks while communicating with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely freight movement.

Provide front-line administrative and customer service support for shipment processing, tracking, scheduling, documentation, and billing. Act as central contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams; perform data entry, prepare shipping documents, assist with AR/AP and billing, maintain records, escalate issues, and support on-site terminal activities.

Lead regional safety efforts by ensuring FMCSA, DOT, OSHA compliance; develop and deliver safety programs and training; conduct inspections, audits, and accident investigations; analyze metrics and support terminal leadership to reduce risk and improve safety culture. Travel throughout the region and support operational needs.

Provide front-line customer service and administrative support for shipments: schedule pickups/deliveries, track and document shipments, prepare shipping paperwork, assist with billing/AR/AP, communicate with customers/carriers/drivers, support terminal activities and routine office tasks.

Handle inbound customer calls and emails about shipments, track and audit outbound freight, maintain logs and documentation (AS400), perform data entry and administrative tasks, prepare select export/in-bond paperwork, and ensure operational procedures and timely customer communication.

Lead design, implementation, and support of scalable, secure API-driven integrations across cloud platforms. Provide architectural direction, troubleshoot complex integration issues, mentor engineers, enforce standards, manage vendor relationships, and align integration strategy with business priorities while ensuring operational reliability.

Provide white-glove, high-touch desktop and AV support for executive leadership including device setup, imaging, troubleshooting across Windows and mobile devices, conference room/AV systems, Microsoft 365 support, asset tracking, ticket documentation (ServiceNow preferred), and on-call executive support.

Serve as strategic HR Business Partner to operational leaders, advising on workforce planning, org design, performance management, employee relations, talent and development, HRIS analytics, and compliance. Coordinate across HR COEs, deliver training, lead investigations, coach managers, and may lead a dispersed HR team. Requires full-time onsite presence and travel to support multi-site operations.

Negotiate rates with carriers, develop pricing solutions and rate maps, maintain pricing data in CargoWise, analyze market trends, prepare pricing proposals and reports, and collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations to ensure executable, competitive pricing.
