Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for product launches, serving as primary marketing contact for Product. Oversee vendor configuration and delivery of the Facets platform as liaison between IT and business. Provide Facets domain expertise, refine stories, approve designs, perform configuration and QA, write complex SQL against the Facets data model, lead troubleshooting/root-cause analysis, ensure traceability to performance metrics, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Lead design, administration, and governance of Stellarus compensation programs including base, sales, and executive pay. Provide market benchmarking, job evaluations, consulting to business leaders, policy enhancements, salary survey management, and support annual pay processes, pay equity, and compensation communications.
