Serve as primary liaison for visitors and campus programming, manage marketing and communications, coordinate staff (Outreach Coordinator, Custodians, Sodexo Head Chef), organize reservations/catering/events, support teaching, research, and outreach in collaboration with the DMC Director and Facilities Manager.

Lead and develop a team delivering enterprise data engineering, analytics, and governance. Oversee data pipelines, ETL/ELT, cloud platforms, integration services, and stakeholder engagement to enable data-informed decision-making across the university system.

Provide front-line administrative support for the Dean's Office: greeting visitors, managing communications, coordinating events/room reservations, supervising student employees, handling purchasing/travel/Concur reporting, assisting with budgets and reports, maintaining office operations and supplies, processing cash/checks, troubleshooting A/V and IT issues, ensuring FERPA compliance, and supporting building management and special projects.

Provide front-office student and public support; manage student records and progression; perform procurement, Concur travel/expense, accounts receivable/payable; process HR/payroll forms; reconcile monthly financial accounts; support faculty with contracts/payroll and tech troubleshooting; maintain website and coordinate events and campus units.

Coordinate logistics, planning, management, and reporting for large multi-institutional EPSCoR grants. Facilitate teams, analyze systems and platforms, and support STEM workforce development across K-12 to graduate levels. Assist with compliance to federal program guidance and contribute to outreach and educational program implementation.

Support and maintain Linux-based instructional and research computing environments; administer virtualization and container platforms; develop automation scripts (Python/Bash); assist with cloud and configuration management; partner with faculty to deploy academic computing solutions; provide documentation, training, and technical support; evaluate emerging technologies.
