Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for the Small Business Advisory tax practice. Monitor utilization, resolve staffing constraints, coordinate global/offshore resources, drive process improvements using project management and continuous improvement methods, support integrations from mergers/acquisitions, and optimize charge hours and capacity management.

Manage workforce planning and scheduling for the Tax Service Line, optimizing staffing, utilization, and offshore/shared-service coordination. Drive continuous improvement using project management/Lean Six Sigma, resolve resource constraints, support integration of acquired firms, and collaborate with leaders to balance workloads and meet client deadlines.

Prepare and review complex U.S. individual tax returns with international elements; provide tax compliance and advisory services to companies and globally mobile employees; coordinate international tax support with non-U.S. affiliates; manage tax implications of global workforces; prepare international assignment calculations and correspondence; and mentor team members.

Paid, in-person accounting internships (Spring and Summer 2027) across Upstate NY offering hands-on tax, assurance, and small business advisory work. Interns will prepare tax returns, assist with bookkeeping and financial statement support, participate in audit and ASU/EBP projects, perform research and analysis, and collaborate with experienced staff while receiving mentorship and professional development.

Manage talent, scheduling, and operations for the Assurance service line. Create headcount and intern plans, 12-month capacity forecasts, utilization metrics, and staff chargeable hour goals. Lead schedulers, coordinate with HRBP, recruiters, and offshore partners, support promotions/performance actions, and advise VP of Operations and partners on resourcing strategy and workforce planning.
