Develop contractor relationships, conduct cold calls, manage leads and sales forecasts in CRM software, and close deals through prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building. Target customers include general contractors, asphalt paving, concrete, and earthmoving businesses. Maintain accurate records, manage territory growth, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Supports parts and service functions for heavy equipment customers within an assigned territory. Manages undercarriage, tires, ground-engaging tools, filters, and oils; expands preventative maintenance services; and advises customers on component repairs, rebuilds, replacements, welding, fabrication, and line-boring. The role combines customer support, administrative coordination, product knowledge, and sales responsibilities.

Manage customer invoices through accounts payable and procurement portals, track processing and payment status, resolve invoice disputes and rejections, reconcile portal data with accounts receivable records, monitor outstanding balances, prepare Excel reports, and communicate with customers and internal departments to support timely collections.
