Support and implement the hotel's commercial strategy: execute promotional actions, manage hotel inventory and CRM, prepare commercial reports, and achieve individual sales targets.

Manage distribution channels and inventory using Synxis and other tools; ensure rate parity; support revenue management with pricing, promotions, reporting, RFPs, ads, and channel onboarding. Monitor connectivity issues, audit policies, analyze campaign results, and contribute to technology improvement projects.

Implement and maintain brand consistency across all guest touchpoints, support brand rollouts and rebrandings across EMEA, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce brand assets, manage brand materials and training, identify experience-improvement opportunities, and conduct benchmarking and trend research for upscale and luxury segments.

Manage assigned MICE accounts, represent Barceló Group commercially, execute segment action plans, meet sales targets, prospect and retain clients, coordinate hotel visits and joint actions, analyze production reports, and ensure CRM and process compliance. Participate in promotional activities, fairs and conventions, and advise clients on hotel offerings and destinations.

Manage all HR functions for the Alicante cluster, including payroll and personnel administration, labor relations, recruitment, training, risk prevention, budget control, and acting as HR liaison when HRBP is absent.

Provide HR administrative support across personnel administration, labor relations, recruitment, development, and occupational risk prevention. Execute administrative processes for hiring, payroll, social security, and taxes. Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and support problem resolution.

Analyze electronic payment transactions and metrics, build and automate reports and dashboards, detect incidents and anomalies, optimize approval and conversion rates, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance and Risk to support continuous improvement.

Manage all HR functions including payroll, labor relations, recruitment, employee development and occupational risk prevention. Ensure legal compliance (contracts, payroll, social security, taxes), control assigned budgets, support zone and HR direction objectives, and act as liaison to HRBP when absent to ensure smooth communication and daily HR operations.

Manage commercial and revenue activities for a hotel zone: develop marketing and pricing plans, analyze market and competition, manage CRM quotes/contracts, coordinate distribution channels, run famtrips and agency visits, report to Regional Sales Director, and support sales blitzes. Requires analytical reporting plus operational and commercial management to maximize RevPAR and meet budget.

Perform daily cash journal and POS cash count reconciliation, review bank movements, control inventories and register delivery notes, prepare and verify client and supplier invoicing and supporting documentation (work orders, photos, reports). Maintain organized documentation and use office IT tools and accounting systems.
