Assist procurement and storeroom operations: purchase, receive and record goods; control expiry dates, quality, quantities and invoices; manage inventory, storage and stock organization.

Perform financial statement audits and reviews of accounting and operational processes, analyze internal controls and risk areas, assess profit-and-loss accounts, and carry out internal audits of hotels across Europe and LATAM. Role requires frequent travel and high-level English.

Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, financial management, report preparation and record maintenance. Collaborate on financial analysis and ensure accurate accounting entries. On-site full-time role in Murcia.

Manage commercial and revenue activities for a hotel zone: develop marketing and pricing plans, analyze market and competition, manage CRM quotes/contracts, coordinate distribution channels, run famtrips and agency visits, report to Regional Sales Director, and support sales blitzes. Requires analytical reporting plus operational and commercial management to maximize RevPAR and meet budget.

Analyze electronic payment transactions and metrics, build and automate reports and dashboards, detect incidents and anomalies, optimize approval and conversion rates, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance and Risk to support continuous improvement.

Support and implement the hotel's commercial strategy: execute promotional actions, manage hotel inventory and CRM, prepare commercial reports, and achieve individual sales targets.

Analyze, improve and implement financial processes; develop department manuals; automate and produce financial reports for management and regulatory needs; manage financial information and support the Corporate Finance Director.

Lead development and implementation of HR-linked sustainability (ESG social) initiatives, equality and diversity plans, sustainable mobility, legal compliance, and HR sustainability reporting. Coordinate with Corporate Sustainability and ensure KPIs, audits, and ESG data integration for the talent area.

Manage assigned MICE accounts, represent Barceló Group commercially, execute segment action plans, meet sales targets, prospect and retain clients, coordinate hotel visits and joint actions, analyze production reports, and ensure CRM and process compliance. Participate in promotional activities, fairs and conventions, and advise clients on hotel offerings and destinations.

Perform daily cash journal and POS cash count reconciliation, review bank movements, control inventories and register delivery notes, prepare and verify client and supplier invoicing and supporting documentation (work orders, photos, reports). Maintain organized documentation and use office IT tools and accounting systems.
