Lead and embed Computational Design across projects and regions by developing workflows, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Lead North American business development efforts for Grimshaw, conducting market research and intelligence, building relationships, developing pitches and campaigns, managing CRM and bid budgets, tracking pipeline and conversion metrics, and aligning BD initiatives across New York and Los Angeles studios to secure new work.

Embed in project teams to develop and implement computational design workflows, automate processes, support design exploration and analysis, integrate with BIM/sustainability/CGI teams, adopt emerging technologies (including Generative AI), deliver training and mentorship, and contribute to regional and firmwide design-technology initiatives.

Support project teams with computational design workflows, run environmental analyses, deliver training in Rhino/Grasshopper/Dynamo, document best practices, and advance studio-wide design technology standards and capability.

Support financial management of a large infrastructure project: collate and monitor timesheets, prepare sub-consultant cost reports, analyse spend against forecast, assist invoice and AFP preparation, track purchase orders, perform QA and audit support, prepare data for Qlik reporting, and contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.
