Coordinates bids, tenders, proposals, framework submissions, and competition entries throughout the bid lifecycle. Maintains schedules, action trackers, document registers, checklists, bid libraries, databases, and business development systems. Collaborates with internal teams and external consultants to gather information, format and quality-check submissions, support reviews and meetings, and ensure compliant, accurate, on-time delivery.

Embed in project teams to develop and implement computational design workflows, automate processes, support design exploration and analysis, integrate with BIM/sustainability/CGI teams, adopt emerging technologies (including Generative AI), deliver training and mentorship, and contribute to regional and firmwide design-technology initiatives.

Lead and embed Computational Design across projects and regions by developing workflows, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Provide technical leadership, mentor specialists, coordinate resources, create standards and training, collaborate with BIM/Sustainability/IT, and represent the practice in industry engagement and research.

Lead BIM processes and coordination for assigned projects: author and enforce BEPs, set up Revit federated models, ensure BIM standard compliance, manage Forma modules, run clash detection and cloud collaboration, provide training and at-desk support, and contribute to regional BIM initiatives and external engagement.
