Lead international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations from design through go-live and hypercare. Serve as the functional expert for finance and accounting modules, translate country requirements into solutions, configure systems, support testing, resolve issues, optimize processes, and train local teams. Collaborate with finance, supply chain, accounting, IT, and central implementation stakeholders across multiple countries. Occasional on-site travel is required.

Leads group-wide HR process harmonization, optimization, and technology strategy across 11 European markets. Oversees Workday, Teamtailor, payroll integrations, system implementations, upgrades, data integrity, security, compliance, vendors, and service delivery. Manages and develops a three-person HR Technology team while partnering with country HR, Group IT, and senior stakeholders. Drives automation, employee experience improvements, training, adoption, operational ROI, and compliance with labor laws and GDPR.

Administer and enhance Workday HCM and related modules, troubleshoot issues, configure business processes, manage permissions, monitor integrations and EIBs, create reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy and privacy, support audits, and manage JIRA requests in partnership with global HR teams.

Manage the full payroll cycle including payslips, leave accruals, tax reporting and audits; ensure legal compliance and data confidentiality; support employees, collaborate with HR and Finance, and update payroll policies.
