Provide L3 support and escalation for MSP clients: design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, Microsoft 365/Azure, virtualization, backup, storage, and VoIP. Mentor L1/L2 staff, follow change management, document work, assist projects and sales, and perform on-site visits as needed.

Administer and govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments, enforcing security, DLP policies, access controls, and tenant baselines. Monitor platform health, manage incidents and escalations with Microsoft Support, perform Dataverse updates, support ALM and minor configuration changes, and provide troubleshooting for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics configurations to ensure platform stability and compliance.

Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Purview and enterprise data governance programs. Conduct discovery and workshops, configure Purview controls (DLP, sensitivity/retention labels, eDiscovery, insider risk), develop AI governance, support regulatory compliance and audits, build executive reporting and Power BI dashboards, and provide post-implementation support and roadmaps for multiple clients in an MSP environment.
