Lead presales architecture engagements spanning Azure infrastructure and networking, Microsoft AI, Fabric, data modernization, security, and managed services. Run discovery workshops, design and scope solutions, build proposals, estimates, pricing models, SOWs, proofs of concept, and executive presentations. Provide Tier 2/3 network engineering and security support for managed services clients: plan and execute network projects, configure and maintain firewalls/VPNs, perform assessments, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, documentation, and participate in on-call rotations and after-hours change windows.
