Drive new business revenue across southern UK by identifying independent garage prospects, nurturing new and lapsed customer relationships, generating sales pipelines, presenting tailored proposals, and achieving revenue and margin targets. The role involves warm and cold calling, CRM management, sales reporting, contract transition support, and collaboration with Commercial and Marketing teams. This is a fully remote, home-based, field sales position working Monday to Friday.

Supports Total Waste Management sales by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating collections, maintaining CRM records and sales pipelines, and identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new-business opportunities. The role also manages customer queries, supports promotional campaigns, oversees complex collections, and advises customers on waste legislation and compliance. Full training is provided on services, systems, and regulations.
