Coordinate the WAGE equity project by managing logistics, schedules, documentation, and consultants; engage community and municipal partners; support research, knowledge sharing, and professional learning; assist HR, Communications, and internal working groups to remove barriers for newcomer and racialized immigrant women entering childcare.

Support and strengthen financial operations, systems, and reporting for a large not-for-profit. Lead external reporting and funding reconciliation, oversee year-end ASNPO statements, improve systems and processes, support budgeting and monthly close, and provide variance, trend, and forecasting analysis to inform organizational decision-making.

Provide administrative support for recruitment, resume screening, phone screenings, interview coordination, onboarding, and health & safety compliance. Co-facilitate safety meetings, follow up on incidents, analyze safety data, visit program locations as needed, and support cross-team collaboration to promote inclusive, compliant workplace practices.
