Manage small-to-medium events from concept to completion including budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, production schedules, and exhibitor coordination. Manage day-to-day office operations across multiple Italian sites, handle vendor and facility coordination, procurement, administrative and accounting support, assist events and communications, and maintain documentation and office systems.

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads, maintain CRM data, research target accounts, follow sales strategies, achieve monthly qualified-opportunity quotas, and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth.

Manage 6–12 month accelerator programs: run events, build startup and corporate relationships, coordinate mentors/VCs, track engagement, produce marketing materials, collect feedback, and deliver program and startup reports.
