Lead regional portfolio financial performance, business development, and accelerator program execution. Build corporate and government partnerships, oversee investments and due diligence, manage local team, design cohort curriculum, and represent Plug and Play to regional stakeholders to drive revenue and ecosystem growth.

Lead Plug and Play Princeton’s accelerator: sell and manage corporate partnerships and P&L, design and run a 12-week curriculum, match and mentor startups, run events and branding, maintain partner relationships, and report to funding stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate startup accelerator and industry programs, manage logistics and events, support startups with mentorship and resources, maintain program databases and reports, and drive community and marketing efforts to increase program value and partner engagement.

Run and operate 3-month accelerator cohorts for Brand & Retail and Travel & Hospitality: plan curriculum and events, manage startup and mentor relationships, coordinate corporate engagements, track progress and feedback, prepare wrap-up reports, grow mentor/VC networks, and support business development and partner relationships.

Manage small-to-medium events from concept to completion including budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, production schedules, and exhibitor coordination. Coordinate sessions between startups, mentors, corporate partners, government officials, defense corporations, and foreign embassies. Grow and manage local startup and investor communities while organizing programming timelines and ensuring alignment with brand and client goals.
