Support the full innovation lifecycle: research and source startups, assist evaluation of investment/partnership opportunities, manage accelerator program activities, build relationships across the innovation ecosystem, and provide operational and administrative support (scheduling, CRM data management, event coordination).

Lead delivery and continuous improvement of accelerator programmes and Venture Clienting. Manage PMO activities, track deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction, coordinate events and communications, build ecosystem relationships, and support startups-corporate matchmaking while driving programme metrics and quality.

Support and coordinate accelerator programs, workshops, and events; handle logistical and office operations for the Munich office; assist startups by connecting them with mentors and resources; manage event registrations, venue logistics, and attendee support; travel regularly between Munich and Stuttgart.

Support cross-border innovation programs between Silicon Valley and Korea: draft/translate proposals, manage BD pipeline and CRM (Salesforce, Rocketlane), coordinate logistics for Korean delegations, and align stakeholders across Ventures, Events, and Marketing.

Support end-to-end operational delivery of Plug and Play France programs and events, assist with logistics, supplier coordination, on-site execution, task tracking, and communications including social media, newsletters and post-event reporting.

Support business development efforts focused on the Israeli startup ecosystem by scouting startups, building relationships with founders and investors, sourcing and evaluating deal flow, creating market analyses and presentation materials, supporting outreach and introductions to corporate partners, and helping plan and run innovation programs and events while leveraging AI tools to improve research and operations.

Manage a portfolio of 5–10 strategic corporate partnerships across EMEA, driving onboarding, program design, value delivery, renewals, and growth. Act as trusted advisor to C-suite innovation leaders, translate market and tech trends into partnership opportunities, support new partner acquisition, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated value.

Manage and grow corporate partnership pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and tracking leads; research prospects; create presentations and proposals; support business development and sales initiatives; maintain industry knowledge and contact data; collaborate with global sales teams to drive revenue and improve sales tactics.

Execute Plug and Play's innovation programs: scout and evaluate startups, perform market and trend analysis, support regional investments and due diligence, manage client matchmaking and event logistics, and mentor junior team members to drive measurable outcomes.
