Serve as the on-site finance lead for the German manufacturing site, partnering with operations and leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis. Prepare reports, dashboards, and variance analyses, ensure compliance with controls and local regulations, implement process improvements, and manage a small finance team.

Lead a team of 10–15 electrical engineers to manage electrical engineering across the poultry product lifecycle. Own electrical architecture, ensure technical quality, standardization, compliance with machine/electrical safety, support PDM/PLM initiatives, collaborate with product, software, service and sales, drive continuous improvement and workforce planning, and translate emerging technologies into long-term roadmaps.

Develop, maintain, and test PLC and HMI software; provide technical support; collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers; prepare, upgrade, and install systems at customer sites worldwide; and maintain technical knowledge in control systems.

Configure and adapt automation orders, support installations remotely and on-site, collaborate with innovation and installation teams, and program PLCs/HMIs using EPLAN and Siemens TIA (occasionally Studio5000/Allen Bradley). Travel ~30 days/year and work in an international environment.

Coordinate and drive timely delivery of machines and production lines worldwide. Serve as primary contact between customers and internal teams, create and monitor project plans and budgets, oversee installation, commissioning, training and handover, ensure accurate reporting, and transfer completed projects to Service.

Act as a digital product specialist supporting global sales for poultry processing solutions. Advise on product-market combinations, shape proposals, gather market and competitor insights, liaise with R&D/engineering, and drive the Poultry Digital roadmap. Promote digital applications, ensure regulatory alignment, and support demos and events. Travel ~35% internationally.

Lead site procurement operations in Kunshan: manage local supplier base, drive cost and savings, implement global procurement strategy, support localization and innovation projects, lead indirect procurement, and develop the procurement team and processes to meet site targets.

Process and analyze vendor invoices using APAdvantage and ERP systems, ensure data accuracy and SOX-compliant controls, resolve exceptions with internal and external stakeholders, perform VAT and leasing/utilities invoice reviews, support intercompany and advanced payment bookings, and collaborate with AP, purchasing, IT, and PNC to improve processes.

Act as the technical-commercial link between customers, sales, engineering, and project management. Coordinate quotations and orders, translate customer needs into tailored technical and commercial solutions, manage projects (€200K–€8M, occasionally up to €25M), develop proposals, monitor budgets, and collaborate with innovation, layout, and installation teams to deliver poultry processing lines and equipment.
