Leads and builds Arctic Kingdom’s organization-wide HR function across remote field and corporate environments. Responsibilities include HR policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, compliance across multiple Canadian jurisdictions, workplace safety coordination, organizational transformation, change management, governance, and cultural development. The role also supports Indigenous community relationships and requires occasional travel between Yellowknife, remote lodges, and the Mississauga head office.

Lead the finance function through full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, audits, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, risk governance, compliance, and corporate filings. Report directly to the President, supervise and develop a Finance Manager, and provide strategic financial support across operations, contracts, grants, payroll, insurance, and business planning. Build scalable finance processes and systems for a seasonal tourism, hospitality, logistics, and remote operations business.
