Senior executive leading sales across North and South America for multiple business units. Develops and executes sales strategies, drives revenue growth, manages and mentors sales leaders, oversees pricing and partnerships, analyzes market trends and KPIs, ensures customer satisfaction and compliance, and provides sales reporting and financial oversight.

Lead sales efforts in chemical manufacturing by developing strategic plans, expanding market share, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating across R&D, marketing, and operations. Monitor KPIs, maintain CRM data integrity, forecast revenue, and provide executive reporting to drive customer retention and growth.

Perform daily AP and bank transaction recording in QuickBooks, reconcile accounts, assist month-end close and financial reporting, maintain documentation, support audits, and coordinate with HQ.

Manage a defined hyperscaler-focused account territory to generate pipeline, drive discovery-to-close opportunities (pilots/design-wins), align technical stakeholders, coordinate evaluations, and work cross-functionally on pricing, packaging, forecasting, and commercialization.

Provide hands-on technical support for hyperscaler evaluations of high-speed optical transceivers: set up Bay Area test lab, run interoperability and acceptance tests, diagnose BER/signal integrity/thermal issues, produce reports, and translate customer requirements into engineering feedback to enable evaluation-to-deployment success.
