Perform data extraction, entry, validation and quality checks across STW and Sapphire BigChange during system integration. Flexible hours, weekend and on-call rota required.

Oversee end-to-end purchase ledger operations, supervise a small team, process high volumes of supplier invoices, run payments, reconcile supplier accounts, resolve disputes, and drive process improvements while ensuring controls and reporting.

Manage and plan traffic management operative teams, allocate jobs, liaise with planning and clients, maintain depot vehicles/plant, ensure H&S compliance, and meet SLA/KPI targets while participating in standby rota.

Coordinate and allocate vegetation works across the West Zone, translating programmes into daily activities. Manage workforce deployment, availability, competencies, and liaison with recruitment and training. Respond to reactive and emergency works, monitor performance, and report resourcing risks to the West Zone Manager while ensuring safety, quality, and planning improvements.

Serve as the main point of contact for Yorkshire Water customers, keeping them informed about wastewater network works. Handle enquiries, complaints, and updates, maintain customer records in management systems, work with planners and customer excellence partners, perform administrative tasks, and help improve the customer journey while meeting service level targets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across the business including high-volume sourcing, interviewing, pre-screening, liaising with hiring managers and external organisations, apprenticeship programme management, MI reporting (Excel), career events, and supporting HR/learning administration and recruitment-related projects.
