Lead customer onboarding projects and drive long-term customer success. Manage implementations, optimize processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and monitor adoption and retention metrics. Act as primary post-onboarding contact, identify upsell opportunities, collect customer feedback, and report results to stakeholders to limit churn and grow MRR.
