Leads and matures European project and portfolio management capabilities across multiple markets. Establishes governance, prioritization, reporting, assurance, risk management, and benefits-tracking practices; manages PPM tools and executive dashboards; coordinates strategic change initiatives; leads governance forums; and manages geographically distributed PMO team members.

Supports European internal communication campaigns, creates and publishes English-language content, coordinates messaging across regional and local teams, and manages channels such as SharePoint, email, and Teams Town Hall. The role also supports employee events, webinars, conferences, multimedia development, engagement monitoring, and continuous improvement of communication practices. It requires at least two years of relevant experience, strong writing skills, Microsoft 365 expertise, and comfort working across multicultural teams.

Serve as Group technical authority for ICT regulatory compliance (DORA, GDPR, PSD2, EBA), maintain ISMS alignment with legal and contractual obligations, perform ICT compliance assessments and maturity reviews, identify and prioritize remediation, define and report compliance KPIs/KRIs, act as Security Business Partner for Poland, advise senior management, oversee major incidents and regulatory notifications, and lead interactions with regulators while promoting a risk-aware culture.

Lead Data Security and Incident & Crisis Management globally: define strategy, policies, controls and authentication architectures; govern encryption, DLP, RBAC/ABAC and Zero Trust; lead incident response, crisis coordination, playbooks, exercises, KPIs, and cross‑functional remediation; embed security requirements across cloud, infrastructure, applications, endpoints and IAM.

Serve as technical authority for server and end-user device security and lead security and resilience testing lifecycle. Define and improve ICT controls, collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and remediate defects, ensure compliance with ISO 27001/NIST/CIS, manage external testing providers, deliver testing reports, and support incident response and security monitoring.

Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit and document business and non-functional requirements, analyze solution alternatives, produce BRDs/BNDs, support UAT, and align IT delivery and QA with business needs across local and international projects.
