Execute daily laydown yard logistics: receive, inspect, reconcile, store, track, and prepare materials for shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy, perform periodic counts, operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and follow SOPs to ensure safe, efficient material handling.

Support laydown yard operations: receive and reconcile shipments, perform inventory counts, prepare and palletize materials, maintain storage organization and controlled access, operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and communicate documentation and variances to Material Management.

Lead and scale procurement for construction and utility projects: enforce PO-first purchasing, run project buyouts and RFPs, source and manage vendors/subcontractors, align procurement with finance and schedules, track deliveries and risks, standardize workflows, and train project teams to ensure visibility and control of committed spend.
