Support Preconstruction marketing for western US offices by creating and managing proposals, presentations, and marketing deliverables. Ensure proposal quality control, compose content (project descriptions, resumes), maintain company qualifications and assets, and manage small marketing projects using established templates and creative software.

Manage day-to-day operations and oversight of multiple construction projects: staffing, scheduling, budgets, subcontract preparation, safety enforcement, site investigations, and use of industry software to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Provide administrative and project support including issuing and tracking purchase orders, contracts, submittals, invoices, lien releases, payroll/certified labor reporting, SWPPP and close-out documents, assist with bidding and office admin backup.
