Provides strategic leadership for YMCA membership sales, retention, engagement, service, and operations. Oversees membership transactions, data accuracy, financial reconciliation, dashboards, satisfaction metrics, and performance reporting. Develops growth and retention strategies, supports community outreach and marketing, improves operational processes, and leads membership staff. Collaborates with branch and association leadership to advance strategic priorities, member experience, and organizational mission.

Lead major gift and annual campaign fundraising for assigned YMCA branches by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. Manage a portfolio of prospects, prepare proposals and impact communications, maintain CRM records, use wealth screening and donor analytics, partner with branch leaders and volunteers, provide fundraising training, represent the YMCA in the community, and meet annual revenue goals.
