Provides administrative and organizational support to the Business Affairs team, drafts and negotiates speaking engagement contracts, processes revisions, tracks deals and documentation, manages workflows, and communicates with internal stakeholders and external host organizations. The role requires handling high-volume assignments, maintaining detailed CRM records, improving legal processes, and supporting special projects in a fast-paced entertainment industry environment.

Leads entertainment and content strategy for brand and talent clients, including branded content, originals, co-promotions, talent partnerships, events, and strategic partnerships. Develops recommendations, creative briefs, pitches, and performance measures while managing client relationships and cross-functional execution. Provides entertainment industry expertise, oversees communications, supports business development, analyzes market and audience trends, and builds relationships with studios, streamers, producers, writers, directors, and media executives.

Owns enterprise information governance and cybersecurity assurance, including Microsoft 365 content lifecycle, data classification, records retention, risk registers, control testing, compliance evidence, third-party risk, AI governance, policy, GRC platforms, and Microsoft Purview. Partners with Legal and external auditors on privacy, records, disclosure, and compliance obligations.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and business decision support. Partners with Finance and operational leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements. Develops financial presentations, improves reporting processes, automates recurring analysis, and supports Finance transformation initiatives.

Leads talent partnership strategy for global consumer brands, advising senior clients and managing high-profile celebrity, creator, athlete, and entertainment partnerships. Oversees sourcing, negotiation, usage rights, activation, measurement, account growth, new business, financial planning, and cross-functional delivery. Builds entertainment-industry relationships, mentors teams, and evolves the organization’s talent partnership offering. Requires substantial entertainment marketing experience, executive client leadership, commercial acumen, dealmaking expertise, and knowledge of SAG agreements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, treasury operations, client invoicing, cash receipts, payments, collections, cash flow, bank accounts, withholding taxes, fixed assets, revenue projections, variance reviews, and financial documentation for the Japan team. The role requires collaboration with headquarters, banks, clients, and business stakeholders in a multinational environment.
