Leads seasonal and year-round recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring events, and onboarding support. Builds relationships with community and workforce partners, coordinates orientations, facilitates employee training, supports engagement and retention initiatives, maintains HR records and HRIS data, and advises hiring managers on equitable hiring practices. The role requires regional travel across Western Washington, occasional evening or weekend work, and strong communication, presentation, organization, and confidentiality skills.
