Handles inbound written and telephonic communications regarding settlements; manages POA and Contact Us inboxes; responds to settlements and pleadings; documents activity in the firm case system (CLS); coordinates emails with firm staff; interacts with opposing counsel and consumers while following client and firm policies.

Provide regular courtroom representation (minimum three days/week), review claims and pleadings for compliance, manage contested litigation queue, draft and argue motions, conduct trials/arbitrations, handle discovery, and communicate with opposing counsel and courts.

Manage incoming settlement-related emails and phone contacts with opposing counsel, consumers, and authorized parties; respond to POA and settlement communications; document interactions in the firm case system (CLS); provide correspondence to designated staff; support litigation process and internal controls.
