Directs the college’s annual giving program and alumni events, developing solicitation plans, managing donor portfolios, coordinating faculty, staff, student, and alumni campaigns, and cultivating donors and volunteers. Plans reunion and affinity events, collaborates with communications and marketing teams, supports donor movement toward major and planned gifts, and supervises event-related activities. Requires strong fundraising, communication, organizational, analytical, relationship-building, and event-planning skills, with evening, weekend, and occasional overnight travel availability.

Manages and implements college marketing and communications initiatives across social media, website, media relations, publications, brand management, and creative services. Develops content, maintains calendars and web pages, analyzes social media performance, coordinates media relations, supports campaigns, and assists with newsletters, alumni publications, photography, video, and graphic design. Requires collaboration across campus and occasional evening or weekend event coverage.

Process and manage the college's accounts payable: review, enter, and pay invoices; maintain vendor records; administer corporate credit cards; assist with month-end close, reconciliations, 1099 reporting, audits, and general Business Office support.
