Lead mechanical service projects from scope to closeout, managing schedules, budgets, procurement, documentation, subcontractors, and field teams. Coordinate customer communication, ensure safety and quality compliance, handle RFIs/change orders, mitigate risks, and run project meetings to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Drive business development and manage projects from lead generation through completion. Build and expand customer relationships, develop scopes, proposals, and estimates, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, monitor profitability and forecasting, use CRM to track sales, and represent the company through presentations and networking.
