Lead metallurgical operations for heap leach and gold recovery circuits (Merrill-Crowe). Develop and maintain geometallurgical models, run testwork, supervise assay lab and plant operations, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, support crushing operations, produce technical reports, and contribute to production targets and budgeting.
